Jeffreys Bay is a mini paradise of sunshine, dolphins, aloes and tropical flora. It is home to one of the best right hand surf breaks in the world, drawing surfers from around the globe to this tiny surfing hub which is bursting with activities! We’ve listed our favourite Jeffreys Bay Surf Camps below, offering quality surf lessons and rustic accommodation for their guests.
Some of these are located in the bustling town centre, where they are surrounded by traditional bars, restaurants and local industry. Others are located further afoot, still close to the waves but bordered by natural reserves and gushing rivers.
Jeffreys Bay Surf Camps are fun all year round! Tourism has seen the town thrive, almost as much as Cape Town, and there is now a huge craft industry that neighbours the surf shops on every street. This reflects the diverse local talent held within the town. People who have stayed in the town their entire lives evoke a great passion for surfing and the waves, and with this comes a wealth of knowledge they are keen to share with visitors.
