Eco Soul Ericeira Guesthouse
This property is a bed ‘n breakfast for couples. It offers a unique balance between surfing and relaxation. Guests are invited to relax on their private terraces, each of which offers a view of the sparkling sea. Alternatively this can be done from the outdoor fireplace and communal terrace, on which the sun can be watched as it sets over the Atlantic Ocean.
Guests love the location of this property, which is perfectly nestled between the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and Ericeira’s World Surf Reserve. The beach is under ten minutes on foot and the heart of Ericeira village is just 5km from the property. It is therefore easy for visitors to get around, whether on foot, by car or on bikes that can be hired from reception.

Double and twin rooms are available for those travelling in pairs, these have respective private or shared bathrooms according to each individual’s budget. The lodge is also family friendly! With family suites available for booking. Some of these have balconies and private bathrooms, while others have a bathroom that would be shared with other guests. A terrace or balcony is only featured in certain rooms, however free WiFi is offered to everyone throughout the property.
Chill in Ericeira Surf House
This property houses a unique spot atop a hill, where the views are arguably even better than on the beachfront itself! Guests can take in panoramic ocean views and the red roofs of Ericeira each morning before a day on the surf. Following this, a buffet breakfast is served each morning in the vibrant dining room. Surf equipment can then be hired from reception before guests head down to the beach – just a three minute walk away.
Staff here are only too keen to make your surf holiday the best it can be. A 24 hour reception is offered to ensure each need can be met. From here, guests can book massages, yoga classes, horse riding tours, and of course surfing lessons! Portugal Surf Camp is one of few Ericeira Surf Camps to offer a fitness room to it’s guests. Yoga, volleyball and other activities often take place in the garden throughout the day. Guests are free to take part or just relax at their own leisure in hammocks and comfy chairs.
The property features a barbecue in the garden, which can be enjoyed by guests should the weather permit! A games room, water sports facilities, movie showings and themed dinner nights are also offered. Rarely leaving guests even a spare moment to get bored!
Four and six bed mixed dormitories can be booked for a low price, which is often opted for by groups or solo travellers. Budget, standard and deluxe rooms can be booked for pairs, who can opt to share a bathroom or have a private one adjoining onto their room.
